COVID-19 Update

The health and safety of our patients and staff are a top priority, and our thoughts are with those impacted by the Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. Our office has been monitoring the situation closely and taking every precaution to keep our patients, employees, and community safe.

With the effects of the outbreak being felt more each day, we wanted to reach out and share what we have been doing so you can continue to get the best care with confidence.  Effective immediately, we are offering two forms of appointments: phone sessions and video sessions.

Most existing patients will have the option for either type of session; however, if the clinician deems it necessary, we may require a video session.

All new patients will only have the video session option.

We have been in touch with the private insurance companies though it is a complicated process.  Not every insurance plan covers videos sessions and we will make every attempt to bill your insurance company; however, if this is not a covered benefit, you may be responsible for the fee.

In order to have a video session, we will send you the online meeting information through the patient portal.  You will also need to install the Zoom app on your phone, tablet, or computer prior to the appointment.
